The fitness blog is just a place where I can say what comes to mind about diet & exercise. I a huge sports and leisure enthusiast, and I am absolutely obsessed with keeping my body in the best condition that I can possibly have it in.
Most of the people I end up hanging out with are the same way. While others are out drinking, my friends and I are having all-night racquetball tournaments and things like thing. I love hiking, camping, rock climbing, fishing, and all other kinds of outdoors and sporting activities.
I am also very enthusiastic about health and nutrition, so I will bring a lot of the knowledge I’ve accumulated into my explanations here on the fitness blog.
